Mobile Messaging Terms and Disclosures

This addendum supplements the PennyTone Telecom Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and ensures compliance with 10DLC requirements enforced by mobile carriers and Direct Connect Aggregators (DCA).

1. Mobile Messaging Consent


PennyTone sends SMS and MMS messages only to users who have explicitly opted in. Opt-in methods include:


  • Sending a keyword to a published 10DLC number (e.g., texting START to (310) 409-0570)
  • Completing a form on our website that includes a checkbox for SMS consent
  • Providing written or verbal authorization during account setup or service interaction

By opting in, you consent to receive text messages related to:

  • Voicemail or missed call notifications
  • Appointment coordination
  • Support and service updates
  • Two-way communication with a PennyTone representative

2. Opt-Out and Support Instructions

  • STOP – to stop receiving messages
  • HELP – to get support or contact information

3. Message Frequency and Cost Disclosure


Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with our service.

Msg & data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier plan.


4. Privacy and Data Use

We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data related to messaging is used strictly to provide our communication services and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
